Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing fianc JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. Most people know me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I post my daily life: the highs the lows and everything in between. I moved to America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. young. I'm not living my life and sharing it to you, if not since my parents were devoted to dedication and hard work. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I strived to make them proud and had tunnel vision in the direction of success. In my mind, I could see the path I wanted to take for life. Attend college, and graduate. Be married. Get a home. Get kids. My plan for success was to attend college to graduate, then get an employment in a corporation. Then I'd get married, buy a house and start a family. However, life was not so sure. In 2013, I found the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. While the pay and the status was great but I did not feel that it fulfilled me. Instead I felt that I was wasting my time. I was passionate about working out and I enjoyed being social and helping others as I navigated towards my new career path. I was drawn to personal training. The year 2014 was the year I began my business on the side and in this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th birthday. There are very few Asian women are employed in the world of fashion. To lead in my field and provide high-quality coaching and help others live an improved and happier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to meet their needs and to reach their targets. I am also committed to empowering others so they can reach their goals, pursue their interests and lead your life to the fullest. As I started my career, the death of my mother was the biggest loss to me. After battling for eight years for a condition called Scleroderma, she's now resting on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and will always remember her in my mind and my heart. Although you may not be able to see it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in offering us the things we require. My mother's death has changed my life in a profound way and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance at life. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. It was now time for her to move on to her next chapter and my chance to live one that was meaningful and enjoyable. As I enter the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I can truly say that I live my life today rather than just existing just like I did previously. In sharing the tale of my journey, it's to ensure that other people are able to relate to my feelings and thoughts. It is to know that they are not alone. It is also a sign of genuine love. Also that therapy is a necessity and it isn't uncommon. Finally that health is your biggest wealth. Only one life is yours. I hope you be the best version of yourself.
